Being a human being is fundamentally universal. In fact, people live they they do because that is actually true. Because the importance of health and safety, it is safe to say that everyone hopes that they can live in a healthy way every day. That truth reveals how there is unity within healthcare.
Unity within Reality
The Founding Fathers established the American nation in an effort to escape from tyranny within European monarchies. Indeed, people throughout the United States of America strive to be alive through the gifts of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness with special thanks to the Constitution. Because of those inalienable rights within American history, it is no surprise that citizens would hope to live in a united manner. The desire to maintain unity also applies to unity found within the healthcare system.
Threats to Democracy
Within the challenging political climate (as of 2025), many people throughout the world fear threats to democracy, and not just within America. Times have truly been very difficult in recent years, especially after the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. Since that notorious virus impacted the entire world so negatively, many have been left to wonder if universal healthcare would even be possible.
Positive Changes for the Better
One of the greatest privileges of being an American citizen is the right to vote. There is even history involved with the pursuit of making the right to vote universal. That is also why the suffragettes fought for the rights for women to vote in the early 1900s. Because of that very important civil right, people do have the right, as well as the ability, to make universal healthcare a very possible reality. In fact, people could support the notion of universal healthcare by simply voting on propositions that would make America a much better place.
Unity Throughout the World as Well
It is better to view healthcare as a universal right rather than as a privilege for the rich. Sadly, there are many countries all throughout the world that struggle with violence and oppression. However, it is never too late to change for the better. Since change essentially comes from within, it is up to anyone to decide when to begin. Hopefully people anywhere would take the initiative to make healthcare universal for people everywhere. Therefore, people could take a look at their own reflections found within mirrors, and then tell themselves that it is up to them to make healthcare a top priority for the sake of unity
